Anchor Engineering has an excellent reputation for after sales services. We guarantee free service and replacement of parts during the warranty period. Service calls are attended promptly by our well-equipped workshops in Karachi by our trained service engineers who are sent abroad on a regular basis for training courses conducted by the manufacturers. Our engineers visit the manufacturer’s factories as well to receive one-on-one training. We maintain a good inventory of spare parts for the product range and those parts that are not readily available in our workshops are promptly imported via courier from abroad.

With about 12 years of experience in the medical equipment business as a whole, Anchor Engineering Works is one of the largest companies in Pakistan. Currently we have our office is in Karachi. We have large sales and distribution network throughout Pakistan and have dedicated sales & marketing team to promote, sale & after sale services for medical equipments & medical devices. Through our sales and marketing team we cover all government & private hospitals / institutions, daycare centers, trauma centers & laboratories.

We have centralized warehouse in Karachi with complete warehousing facilities.
