Anchor Engineering has an excellent reputation for after sales services. We guarantee free service and replacement of parts during the warranty period. Service calls are attended promptly by our well-equipped workshops in Karachi by our trained service engineers who are sent abroad on a regular basis for training courses conducted by the manufacturers. Our engineers visit the manufacturer’s factories as well to receive one-on-one training. We maintain a good inventory of spare parts for the product range and those parts that are not readily available in our workshops are promptly imported via courier from abroad.
